Introducing the InvictaMC SMP

InvictaMC is currently in development, and we’re excited to start sharing more about what the server will offer.

The SMP is being built around competitive survival, PvP, progression, and a player-driven economy. We want money, storage, and player decisions to actually matter.

Some of the main features will include:

  • Money dropping on death, making PvP higher risk and more rewarding
  • A player-driven economy based around trading, selling, and competition
  • Ender chests being completely disabled
  • Upgradeable personal storage that starts small and can be expanded up to six rows
  • Shulker boxes cannot be placed inside personal storage, preventing players from creating unlimited protected storage
  • A check system that allows players to withdraw money into physical, non-stackable checks
  • Checks can be traded, stored, or carried, but can also be lost if you die while holding them
  • Random teleporting throughout the Overworld, Nether, and End
  • Leaderboards for balance, kills, unique kills, playtime, and more
  • Progression systems, rare rewards, events, and additional content

Our goal is to create an SMP where wealth carries real risk. Players will have to decide how much money they want to carry, store, trade, or convert into checks.

We’re taking the time to make sure everything is balanced and working properly before launch. More feature previews and the official release date will be announced as development continues.
